It turns out that Mr. Phelps was drinking before Thursday's night car Accident in Maryland, USA.
Mr. Phelps downed a beer an hour and 15 minutes before the horrendous car accident occurred, he admitted to the Police.
Baltimore night Police have ruled out the boozed as the cause for the accident, because Phelps showed, "No signs of alcohol impairment."
Although the other driver named, Amanda E. Vircus, was at fault for the accident (she drove at red light) Do you ever think the beer may have an impact on Phelps reaction time??
Interestingly though, the police did not administer Phelps any sobriety tests.
Where's Justice? oh! come out!!

It's not yet clear for how long Victoria Beckham will remain on American Idol.
But the chesty British singer has already surpassed her initial agreement to only serve as a one-time guest judge of American Idol.
She sat in on the panel last Wednesday, as the Idol auditions took place in Denver, Colorado. Today, She arrived at Boston, Texas for another set of American Idol. While her rep says Posh Spice still didn't sign on as she could be a Permanent judge, Victoria told Ryan Secrest, her co-host that she is trying to model her self after Paula Abdul:
"I want to be nice to people," she said. "I know how it feels to stand there and be judged... I don't want to shatter anybody's dream, but at the same time there's nothing wrong with constructive criticism." she said.
As for Abdul, Victoria has confidence, everything will work out well for the mentally unbalanced of the former judge.
"I'm a spiritual person and I believe that you get back what you put out there, and I hope she does something that is bigger and better. There's something great for her around the corner, I'm sure." she said.
Indeed, Paula will guest star on Ugly Betty this fall.

I don't hate Hilary or what ever. I totally, surely have no Problems with her or anything.
In fact, I used to really like her, but when talking about his Hollywood Gossips, She is Labeled as Overrated boring Actress by those Sh*t- crapped Teenagers.
Is she? is she Overrated? I like her, the fact is that I don't even hate her even a single piece of rice. She's nice, She's good and well, She's pretty enough to be a star. I don't exactly know why she was labeled as Overrated.
We surely all know that Hilary Duff and Lizzie McGuire are one. Hilary started becoming super star, uhm?? not Super Star, but famous, when she start taping "Lizzie Mc Guire" on Disney channel from 2001 up till 2004.
Hilary is portrayed as a caring, rational and cooperative, although her animated alter ego displays her true feelings from time to time including becoming rebellious, disrespectful and rude in the episode "Bad Girl McGuire". Lizzie constantly gets into arguments with her younger brother Matt but is well-aware of what is right and wrong.
Who say's Lizzie McGuire is a boring piece of sH*t?
For me, I don't think so. For real, I never ever watched that Film, I don't even know her that time. All I knew is to kick my Butt-ass off. I don't know what Disney is.
I've always wanted to know more Famous Stars in Hollywood (I don't know what Disney that Time but I know Hollywood.) I knew Hilary from my friend. He is a Big Big Big fan of Hilary, He even owned the best ever leading Hilary Duff sources in the web. He have all HiLary's Movies, Pictures, Posters, Etc. He also have all Hilary's songs and albums, well I can't do that, I can't focus my mind on only one Famous Star.
Hilary is not Overrated, She just do what is right and what She wanted. Don't label her as Overrated, instead label her as "Superstar", can you? Of course you can, only if you do. :D
Maybe just all those Sh*t- crapped Teenagers hates Hilary. Say all what ever you want to say. She's not going to die. In the Future, She'll become the next Hollywood best ever Actress in the world, accept it!

She's been intense with the negotiations with fox for her new deal to stay on the Popular show in America "American Idol", but unexpectedly she wrote on her twitter account that she's leaving the said show. Fox needs to raise her pay. She is so worth it. Kara Dioguardi is just a randy jackson repeat All are shock! American Idol will not be completed if she's not there.
Paula Abdul wrote: "I’ll miss nurturing all the new talent, but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from day1 become an international phenomenon."
She hopes to find a new contract for more money, just like the Host of the American Idol, Ryan Secrest did, but unfortunately she's not successful with it!:(
Fox, FremantleMedia North America, and 19 Entertainment issued a joint statement about that: "Paula Abdul has been an important part of the 'American Idol' family over the last eight seasons and we are saddened that she has decided not to return to the show. While Paula will not be continuing with us, she's a tremendous talent and we wish her the best."
